I bring over 11 years of experience in the sustainable and organic agriculture sector. I've led a subsidiary at Auga Group, a major player in the Baltic region. My professional journey has immersed me in the practical aspects of sustainability.
In recent years, I dedicated my time to master's studies at ISM University of Management and Economics, delving into topics such as sustainable business development, business model transformations, strategy, sustainable value and supply chains, circular economy, organizational management, culture shaping, and human resources.
On an individual level, I've been consulting medium and small businesses on issues related to sustainability maturity and the development of sustainable business practices. Additionally, I contribute my time and efforts to fight against food waste and support those in need by volunteering at the Food Bank.
I strongly believe that the future belongs to responsible and sustainable businesses, which hold a competitive edge. My goal and desire are to use my expertise to help businesses navigate smoothly on their journey towards sustainability.
